LETTER TO THE EDITOR: Moore’s Book is Misnamed
 
Dear Editor: Gov. Arch Moore has been in Charleston and Wheeling promoting his new book, "Arch: The Life of Arch A. Moore Jr."
 
The title of the book should be called "Confessions of an ARCH Criminal." Moore is a confessed felon, the biggest crook in West Virginia history. By comparison, Wally Barron looks very good.
 
There is no greater scoundrel than one who would violate the public trust. Moore did not apologize to the people of West Virginia or to the black-lung miners whom he defrauded.
 
Congresswoman Shelley Moore Capito says she regularly receives valuable advice from her father; that should make us all concerned. Those who forget the past will suffer the consequence.
