LETTER TO EDITOR: Senate Hopeful Zane Lawhorn Thanks Backers
 
Dear Editor: I would like to thank everyone that supported my campaign for the United States Senate. While I was disappointed that I did not reach more voters with my message, I am extremely grateful for the votes of trust I did receive.
 
I will continue to address the issues important to me such as the murder of unborn children through abortion, the elimination of the national debt along with keeping America one nation under God. I thank the dedicated volunteers who during my campaign mailed questionnaires to West Virginia voters. I will continue to address these issues.
 
I consider this election only the beginning. Donna, Mitchell, Megan and I appreciate the support we received and the new friendships we have made. Serving the people of West Virginia will be an honor I will continue to seek. And if it be God's will I run again in the future, I look forward to continued support and trust.
 
During the campaign I was able to get to know John Raese and I am confident he will serve West Virginia well if elected.
